We're recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a growing business and lead its marketing strategy across B2B and B2C channels.

This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to shape the brand, drive customer engagement and support business growth while managing a small marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.
\n
• Drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
\n
• Manage digital marketing, social media and email campaigns.
\n
• Support ecommerce growth and product launches.
\n
• Plan and deliver trade shows and events.
\n
• Create marketing collateral and engaging content.
\n
• Work closely with Sales, Ecommerce and Product teams.
\n
• Monitor campaign performance and marketing ROI.
\n
• Line-manage and develop a Marketing & Content Creator.
\n
• Champion new marketing technologies and AI tools.
\n

You'll have:

\n
• Proven Marketing Manager experience.
\n
• Strong digital marketing and social media knowledge.
\n
• Experience with ecommerce and CRM/email marketing platforms.
\n
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
\n
• Commercial awareness and a data-driven approach.
\n
• Experience managing people or external agencies.
\n

Desirable:

\n
• Experience within retail, consumer products, ecommerce, lifestyle brands
\n
• Knowledge of Shopify, Zoho, Faire or similar platforms.
\n
