The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring customers receive an efficient and professional service while helping the business maintain its high standards.
The Role\nAs a Sales Support & Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating transport activities, supporting the sales function, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Coordinate transport bookings, deliveries, and collections. \n
- Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules, collection arrangements, and site requirements. \n
- Support the sales team with quotations, order processing, and general administration. \n
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems. \n
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. \n
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner. \n
- Provide general administrative support across the business as required. \n

Skills & Experience\n- \n
- Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, logistics, hire, transport, or a similar sector. \n
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. \n
- Strong communication and customer service skills. \n
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work well under pressure. \n
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. \n
- A positive, flexible, and team-focused approach. \n
