  • Lead on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organisational goals.

  • Collaborate with departmental managers to address employee relations and performance management issues.

  • Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

  • Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and cultural change programmes.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Profile

A successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:

  • Proven experience in a strategic HR role within the professional services industry.
  • \n
  • A strong understanding of employment law and its practical application.
  • \n
  • Experience within Professional services.
  • \n
  • Experience in leading organisational change and managing complex HR projects.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • \n
  • The ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
