- Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. \n
- Support organisational change initiatives, including restructuring and cultural change programmes. \n
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. \n

Profile
\nA successful Senior HR Business Partner should have:

- Proven experience in a strategic HR role within the professional services industry. \n
- A strong understanding of employment law and its practical application. \n
- Experience within Professional services. \n
- Experience in leading organisational change and managing complex HR projects. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- A CIPD qualification or equivalent is highly desirable. \n
- The ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights. \n
