\nOur client is a well-established manufacturer of innovative equipment for a variety of industry sectors including aerospace, wind and automotive industry sectors. As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for developing controls software for manufacturing equipment, providing technical support to engineers & customers and managing system projects from initial concept through to delivery.
\nControl Systems Engineer Responsibilities:
\n- Designing electrical and control systems for material processing machinery
\n- Developing design concepts and producing technical drawings.
\n- Managing system projects from initial concept through to implementation.
\n- Understand customer specifications and research into solutions to help develop new products.
\n- Providing technical support to clients and the wider engineering teams.
\n- Ensure that developed systems are compliant with H&S standards.
\n- Create programmable logic controllers that meet the agreed technical solution.
\nControl Systems Engineer Requirements:
\n- Must be an experienced Control Systems Engineer.
\n- Proficient with electronic and electrical software.
\n- Experienced in programming PLCs such as Siemens
\n- Understanding of composites, material processing and polymer manufacturing would be beneficial.
\n- Be able to manage system project from initial concept through to delivery.
