Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers - Bellshill

People Solutions are currently recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join a large, well-established distribution centre based in Bellshill.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing full-time work, competitive rates of pay, paid breaks, performance incentives and long-term opportunities within a busy warehouse environment.

The client has opportunities available across both the Grocery and Produce/Fresh departments. These roles are fast-paced and target-driven, so previous warehouse picking experience is essential due to the nature of the work.

This role would suit applicants who have worked as a Voice Picker, Order Picker, LLOP Driver, Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Scanner Operative or Distribution Operative.

Shifts

\n
• Any 5 days over 7
\n
• You must be available to work any day of the week
\n
• Weekend working is required as part of the rota
\n
• The rota is fairly distributed on an any 5 over 7 basis
\n
• Available shifts are 06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00
\n
• Candidates must be able to attend their first week of training on a 06:00 start
\n

Inductions

\n
• Inductions take place every Monday
\n
• Drug and alcohol screening will be completed on site
\n
• Candidates must pass the drug and alcohol test before starting
\n
• Full paid site induction and training will be provided
\n

Rates of Pay

Pre 12 weeks:

\n
• Day shift: £13.22 per hour
\n
• Late shift: £14.54 per hour
\n
• Night shift: £15.63 per hour
\n
• Overtime: £19.82 per hour
\n

Post 12 weeks:

\n
• Day shift: £14.06 per hour
\n
• Late shift: £15.47 per hour
\n
• Night shift: £16.62 per hour
\n
• Overtime: £21.09 per hour
\n
• Paid breaks apply
\n

Pick Bonus

\n
• 30p per hour extra for achieving 90%-95% of target
\n
• 50p per hour extra for achieving 95% and above of target
\n
