\nMy client a dedicated and organised Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support within an Independent Fostering Agency. This is an excellent opportunity to join a committed team that works to deliver high-quality services and positive outcomes for children, young people, and foster families.
\nAs Team Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team to meet statutory and legislative requirements. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes, enabling practitioners and managers to focus on delivering effective services.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Providing high-quality administrative support to the team. \n
- Organising and coordinating multi-agency meetings and events. \n
- Arranging appointments, visits, and schedules for social workers, managers, and family support staff. \n
- Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records. \n
- Taking minutes at meetings where required. \n
- Acting as the first point of contact for the team, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently. \n
- Supporting the team in meeting statutory deadlines and service requirements. \n

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. \n
- Experience of managing competing priorities and working to deadlines. \n
- Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications. \n
- Experience of minute-taking and event or meeting coordination (desirable). \n
- Knowledge of legislation, policy, and guidance relating to children's and young people's services (advantageous). \n
