My client a dedicated and organised Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support within an Independent Fostering Agency. This is an excellent opportunity to join a committed team that works to deliver high-quality services and positive outcomes for children, young people, and foster families.

As Team Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the team to meet statutory and legislative requirements. You will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of administrative processes, enabling practitioners and managers to focus on delivering effective services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality administrative support to the team.
  • \n
  • Organising and coordinating multi-agency meetings and events.
  • \n
  • Arranging appointments, visits, and schedules for social workers, managers, and family support staff.
  • \n
  • Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records.
  • \n
  • Taking minutes at meetings where required.
  • \n
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the team, responding to enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • \n
  • Supporting the team in meeting statutory deadlines and service requirements.
  • \n

  • Experience of managing competing priorities and working to deadlines.

  • Experience of minute-taking and event or meeting coordination (desirable).

  • Knowledge of legislation, policy, and guidance relating to children's and young people's services (advantageous).
