Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries from employees and managers.

• Provide employment law advice and manage employee relations issues such as investigations and disciplinaries.
\n
• Support family leave requests and manage sickness absence issues.
\n
• Maintain and develop HR databases
\n
• Facilitate training and development activities and assist with recruitment processes.
\n
• Ensure GDPR compliance in record-keeping and provide guidance on employee benefits.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of employment law.
\n
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work collaboratively.
