The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Credit Control Manager to join a well-established and growing business based in Aylesford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive credit professional to take ownership of the credit control function and lead from the front.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day credit control function
\n
• Lead, motivate, and develop the credit control team
\n
• Monitor aged debt and implement effective collection strategies
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure timely payments
\n
• Review and improve existing credit control processes and procedures
\n
• Allocate cash, reconcile accounts, and resolve complex queries
\n
• Produce regular reports on debtor performance and KPIs
\n
• Work closely with senior management to reduce risk and improve cash flow
\n

About You

\n
• Proven experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role, ideally at a supervisory or management level
\n
• Strong leadership and team management skills
\n
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
\n
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
\n
• Confident working with finance systems and Excel
\n
• Proactive, driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
\n
