Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping plant equipment running smoothly, safely and efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving, variety and working in a team that genuinely cares about continuous improvement, this role will suit you perfectly.

The Role:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all site equipment
\n
• Responding to breakdowns with a proactive, root-cause mindset
\n
• Completing repairs on plant machinery and electrical systems
\n
• Supporting Lean initiatives and improvement projects
\n
• Helping to drive a culture of continuous improvement across the site
\n
• Maintaining a strong, positive approach to Health & Safety at all times
\n

Ideal Candidate:

\n
• Background in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Maintenance
\n
• Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
\n
• Experience maintaining overhead cranes (advantageous)
\n
• FLT or Overhead Crane licence (bonus)
\n
• Knowledge of Siemens controls is highly desirable
\n
