You'll enjoy a varied caseload, genuine opportunities for professional development and the chance to build your expertise within one of the UK's most respected healthcare law teams.The RoleWorking as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will advise clients across the healthcare sector on a broad range of public law and healthcare matters, with a particular focus on inquests and advocacy.Your responsibilities will include:\n

• Advising clients on all aspects of inquest proceedings, including advocacy.
\n
• Providing guidance on public law matters, including governance, constitutional issues, judicial review, human rights, and public and patient consultation.
\n
• Assisting with Court of Protection matters where required.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships by delivering practical, commercially focused advice.
\n
• Identifying opportunities to develop new services and contribute to the continued growth of the healthcare practice.
\n
• Working closely with colleagues across the wider healthcare team on complex and multidisciplinary matters.
\n

The CandidateApplications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors and Barristers who can demonstrate:\n

• At least 12 months' experience handling inquest matters.
\n
• Strong advocacy and communication skills.
\n
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
\n
• The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
\n
• Experience within the healthcare sector and/or Court of Protection matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
\n
• A proactive, collaborative approach with an interest in business development and practice growth.
\n
