SAP Payroll & Time Advisor - 3432
Job Description
Purpose
\nTo work as part of a payroll support and HR Administration team responsible for processing of a broad range of payroll-related transactions received from internal stakeholders, whilst adhering to Service Level Agreements.
\nTo provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues on the telephone and via ticket service on a broad range of payroll matters.
\nTo provide daily support to internal and external stakeholders to enable the successful running of the payroll from start to finish and to also produce important HR correspondence for internal and external stakeholders, including employment references, Solicitor's reports and mortgage/rental operations.
\nKey Accountabilities
\nProcess Payroll related transactions from internal stakeholders, such as:
\nDetached Duty, Standby, On Call
\nOne time payment submissions
\nMemberships, Loans, PASS scheme
\nWorking Party Subsistence
\nP45 / New Starter Declarations
\nSettlement Agreements
\nCourt Orders
\nProcess Time related transactions from internal stakeholders, such as:
\nOvertime
\nShift Changes
\nSickness
\nPhased Return To Work
\nTime Savings Accounts, Salary Offset
\nProcess HR Administration related activities:
\nComplete transactions in relation to all HR administration activities, for example references and solicitors letters
\nProvide first level support to all clients on the flexible benefits platform.
\nMaintain e-pay tool and provide first line of support when dealing with stakeholder queries
\nProduce documents through mail merge for internal mail shots and divisional correspondence
\nManage all aspects of the relationship with the external e-payslip provider

\nExperience & Knowledge
\nExperience within a payroll environment, with particular focus on payroll data input and handling payroll queries
\nKnowledge of PAYE, SMP, SPP, SSP, Student Loans, Pensions and other deductions.
\nExperience of a computerised payroll system - SAP would be preferable
\nExperience of working in a busy office environment and performing a broad range of administrative duties
\nProven customer service experience both verbal and written
\nExcellent skills in the use of Google Applications
\nQualification
\nGood standard of academic education and/or relevant vocational training
