The Opportunity

Based from prestigious offices in Mayfair, you'll join a successful team of mortgage professionals receiving between 10 and 12 qualified mortgage appointments each week.

The business specialises in working with affluent and high-net-worth clients, providing advisers with larger loan sizes, excellent case values and exceptional earning potential.

• Average case value: £1,800

• Typical sign-up rate: 2-3 mortgages per week

• Access to HNW and UHNW clients

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Provide mortgage advice to new and existing clients.
\n
• Conduct appointments in person, via telephone and video conferencing.
\n
• Manage a steady flow of qualified mortgage leads.
\n
• Build relationships with clients and introducers.
\n
• Deliver compliant mortgage advice.
\n
• Maximise opportunities from an established referral network.
\n

About You

\n
• Full CeMAP qualification
\n
• Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
\n
• Mortgage advice experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lenders
\n
• Professional and consultative approach
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n

Package

• OTE £60,000 - £80,000 Year One
