\nAre you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to provide both short and long-term cover in a successful secondary school environment.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and students across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom. You will help students stay engaged, provide small group and one-to-one support, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Supporting students in lessons across a range of subjects \n
- Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions \n
- Assisting students with SEND and additional learning needs \n
- Promoting positive behaviour and classroom engagement \n
- Preparing learning resources and supporting classroom activities \n
- Encouraging students' academic, social and emotional development \n
About You
\n- \n
- Experience working with children or young people is essential \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Patient, adaptable and proactive approach \n
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff \n
- Passion for education and helping young people succeed \n
- Relevant qualifications or school-based experience are advantageous but not essential \n
