\nAs a Press Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, ensuring production runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping.\n

\n🔧 What You'll Be Doing\n
\nOperating press machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently\n
\nKeeping machines running and responding to minor stoppages where possible\n
\nMonitoring production output and reporting any issues to the Team Leader\n
\nCarrying out basic quality checks on finished products\n
\nAssisting with machine set-ups and product changeovers\n
\nFollowing production schedules to meet daily targets\n
\nMaintaining a clean and safe working environment\n
\nSupporting colleagues across the production area as required\n
\n
\n🎯 What We're Looking For\n
\nPrevious experience within a manufacturing or production environment preferred\n
\nExperience operating machinery or press machines is advantageous\n
\nGood attention to detail and commitment to quality\n
\nAbility to work in a fast-paced production environment\n
\nReliable, hardworking, and willing to learn\n
\nGood communication and teamwork skills\n
\nFlexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends\n
