Hours: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 | Full time\n

\n We're recruiting a Logistics Operative to join a professional, clean and well-organised logistics operation in Didcot.\n
\n
\n Unlike many warehouse roles, this isn't about rushing to hit unrealistic pick targets. It's about working carefully, accurately and safely, ensuring high-quality materials and products are handled correctly for our customers.\n
\n

What you'll be doing\n
\n

\n
• Receiving and processing incoming goods.
\n
• Loading, unloading and storing materials safely.
\n
• Picking and packing customer orders with a high level of accuracy.
\n
• Processing stock movements using warehouse management systems.
\n
• Supporting production and customer assembly lines.
\n
• Preparing goods for dispatch.
\n
• Processing returnable packaging and warehouse returns.
\n
• Delivering materials to local customer sites when required.
\n
• Maintaining excellent standards of housekeeping, quality and health & safety.

What we're looking for\n
\n

\n
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
\n
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
\n
• Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems.
\n
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
\n
• Someone who values quality over rushing the job.

Desirable\n
\n

\n
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
\n
• Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) experience.
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
