Kingsdale Group is a property management company, based in Portishead, with a portfolio of over 3,100 properties on 74 developments around the country.

We are recruiting for a Service Charge Accountant to prepare quarterly management accounts, year-end accounts and annual service charge budgets.

The position would ideally suit a candidate who is AAT qualified or has experience of working within a finance environment with sound accounting knowledge.

The successful candidate will need to be highly organised and detail orientated, with strong communication skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

A knowledge of Sage 200 and Sage 50 would be preferable but not essential.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

Salary: £37,500 p.a.
