Our client, a tier 1 contractor heavily involved in the water sector, is currently seeking a Gateman to join their team in Fleet. This opportunity is a long-term contract role within a dynamic and challenging environment. Key Responsibilities: Controlling access to the construction site Ensuring all site visitors have the necessary documentation Monitoring site security and reporting any concerns Maintaining a log of all vehicles and personnel entering and exiting the site Assisting with traffic management as required Coordinating with site management to ensure smooth operations Job Requirements: CSCS card Thames Water Passport (training can be provided) Experience in a similar role within the water sector Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work well within a team Attention to detail and a proactive approach Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:00am - 16:00pm Weekend work available If you meet the above criteria and are looking for a challenging role with a leading construction company, we would love to hear from you.
