Behaviour Mentor - Redbridge Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a mainstream secondary school in Redbridge. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with SEN experience, behaviour support backgrounds, or support workers looking to move into education. Role Details: Location: Redbridge Position: Behaviour Mentor Contract: Full-time, full academic year Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pmResponsibilities: Provide 1:1 support for a student with complex emotional and academic needs Manage and support challenging behaviour Supervise and support the student throughout the school day Help create a safe and positive learning environmentRequirements: Previous SEN or behaviour support experience Experience working with challenging behaviour Team Teach training desirable Safeguarding training desirable (training can be provided) Right to Work in the UK Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one Two professional referencesIf you're passionate about supporting young people and making a difference, apply today with your up-to-date CV.
