Chartered Quantity Surveyor

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join its growing Bristol office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile developments across the commercial, residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use sectors. You'll join an established cost management team with a strong pipeline of work, excellent career progression and the opportunity to work with some of the region's most recognisable clients. What you'll be doing: Delivering pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation Managing procurement and contract administration Undertaking valuations, change control and final accounts Providing commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle Building and maintaining strong client relationships Working closely with project managers, design teams and stakeholders What we're looking for: Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) Consultancy background with experience delivering construction projects Strong knowledge of JCT contracts Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills Experience managing projects from inception to completion A proactive and collaborative approach What's on offer: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE Private healthcare and enhanced pension Hybrid and flexible working Clear progression within a growing team Varied project portfolio across multiple sectors For a confidential discussion, contact Max Condie on (phone number removed) or apply directly
