An award-winning London architecture practice is entering an exciting period of growth and is looking for a talented Architect to become a key part of its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious architect who wants to take ownership of projects, work closely with clients and develop into a senior leadership role as the practice continues to grow.

Working across commercial, retrofit and hospitality projects, you'll have the opportunity to influence design from concept through to delivery while being part of a collaborative, design-led studio where your progression is genuinely encouraged.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design to completion.
\n
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality architectural projects on time and within budget.
\n
• Develop creative and technically robust design solutions across commercial, retrofit and hospitality sectors.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors.
\n
• Take an active role in project meetings, presentations and design workshops.
\n
• Support and mentor junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative studio environment.
\n
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice through design excellence and proactive project delivery.
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• ARB registered Architect.
\n
• 5+ years' post-qualification experience.
\n
• Experience leading projects across multiple RIBA stages.
\n
• Strong design portfolio demonstrating both creativity and technical capability.
\n
• Experience delivering commercial, hospitality and/or retrofit projects is highly desirable.
\n
• Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes.
\n
• Strong communication and coordination skills with experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
\n
• A proactive attitude and ambition to develop into a senior role.
\n
