Quest Employment is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy fresh produce distribution centre based in Grantham (NG32).

If you're looking for a role offering consistent hours, weekly pay, and long-term work, this could be the perfect opportunity. Full training is provided, so previous experience isn't essential.

Your Responsibilities\n

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently.

\n

Your duties will include:

• Picking and packing fresh fruit and vegetables
\n
• Preparing customer orders for dispatch
\n
• Working within a chilled warehouse environment
\n
• Loading and unloading products when required
\n
• Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
\n
• Completing general warehouse duties
\n
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and health & safety
\n

• Reliable with excellent timekeeping

• Comfortable working in a chilled environment
\n
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling
\n
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
\n
• Positive, hardworking and eager to learn

• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Have good attention to detail
\n

Previous experience in warehouse, production, packing, picking, food production or distribution is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
