FP&A Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious FP&A Analyst to join the finance team of a large, well-established organisation.

This role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making through high-quality financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles.
\n
• Produce meaningful financial analysis and management information.
\n
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases.
\n
• Partner with operational stakeholders to support decision-making.
\n
• Analyse trends, KPIs and business performance.
\n
• Drive improvements across reporting and planning processes.
\n
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within finance.
\n

About You

\n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA newly qualified or part-qualified.
\n
• Previous FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience.
\n
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling skills.
\n
• Advanced Excel and analytical capability.
\n
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
\n

Desirable

\n
• Previous experience within professional services, consulting or another complex, multi-stakeholder organisation.
