We're partnering with a leading organisation delivering large-scale, complex engineering projects and are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead major programmes from inception through to successful completion.

The Role

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale, high-value engineering projects.
\n
• Manage project teams, commercial performance, programme delivery, and key stakeholder relationships.
\n
• Oversee project planning, procurement, delivery, implementation, and final handover.
\n
• Drive safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
\n
• Engage with senior stakeholders, consultants, suppliers, and delivery partners.
\n
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
\n

The Candidate

\n
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale, complex engineering projects or programmes.
\n
• Strong commercial and contractual management expertise.
\n
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
\n
• Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline.
\n
• Previous experience leading projects valued at £250m+ highly desirable.
\n
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
\n
