This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced strategic EA to CEO to support senior leadership within a well-established not-for-profit organisation. Based in London, this role offers a mix of office and remote working to provide flexibility.

- Provide comprehensive executive support directly to the CEO, including diary and email management. \n
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes. \n
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO. \n
- Organise travel arrangements, including booking accommodation and transportation. \n
- Assist with confidential and time-sensitive projects, ensuring deadlines are met. \n
- Support the CEO with effective communication and correspondence management. \n
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure easy access to key information. \n
- Contribute to the smooth running of the CEO's office by anticipating needs and proactively addressing them. \n
Profile
\nA successful EA to CEO should have:

- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a not-for-profit organisation. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. \n
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. \n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. \n
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. \n
Job Offer

- Salary ranging from £48000 to £55,000 per annum dependant on experience \n
- Flexible working arrangement with 3 days in the London office and 2 days remote working. \n
