Description

  • Provide comprehensive executive support directly to the CEO, including diary and email management.
  • \n
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
  • \n
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • \n
  • Organise travel arrangements, including booking accommodation and transportation.
  • \n
  • Assist with confidential and time-sensitive projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • \n
  • Support the CEO with effective communication and correspondence management.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems to ensure easy access to key information.
  • \n
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the CEO's office by anticipating needs and proactively addressing them.

Profile

A successful EA to CEO should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a not-for-profit organisation.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • \n
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £48000 to £55,000 per annum dependant on experience
  • \n
  • Flexible working arrangement with 3 days in the London office and 2 days remote working.
