  • Managing a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

    • Commercial property acquisitions and disposals.

    • Commercial leases.
    • \n
    • Business lease renewals.
    • \n
    • Contract drafting.
    • \n
    • Property-related dispute resolution.
    • \n
    • Other commercial property transactions.
    • \n
    \n
  • Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.
  • \n
  • Managing files effectively from instruction through to completion.
  • \n
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • \n
  • Supporting business development activities, including marketing and networking.
  • \n
  • Identifying opportunities to develop new business.
  • \n
  • Working with case management systems to maintain accurate and compliant records.
  • \n
  • Applying strong risk management skills across all matters.
  • \n
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues while managing a busy caseload.

Requirements\n

  • Qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • \n
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in Commercial Property.
  • \n
  • Extensive experience handling a wide range of commercial property matters.
  • \n
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office packages.
  • \n
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • \n
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • \n
  • Exemplary client care skills.
  • \n
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in business development.
  • \n
  • Ability to work proactively and manage responsibilities independently.
