Sales Executive (APAC) – Norwich circa £26k-£28k + Commission + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

\nThe role is office based but will have a hybrid element after probation.
\nWe’re looking for a motivated graduate or early-career professional to join the commercial team, supporting business development across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to start a career in international sales within a fast-growing, global industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with clients across APAC, while developing core sales, communication and commercial skills.
\nDue to focus on APAC markets, this role operates on early core hours (typically 6:00am – 2:00pm UK time).
\nYou’ll be supported through structured training, mentoring and on-the-job learning, with a clear pathway into a fully developed Sales Executive role.
\n\n\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\n\nBusiness Development & Market Exposure

- Learn to support the development of new business opportunities across APAC markets \n
- Research companies and build target client lists within offshore wind and related energy sectors \n
- Develop an understanding of market potential and identify high-value prospects \n
- Support the team in building relationships with international clients and stakeholders \n
- Represent our client at events, webinars and industry forums (where appropriate) \n
Sales & Client Engagement

- Support sales calls, video meetings and client presentations \n
- Help prepare proposals, pricing and client-facing materials \n
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity within CRM systems \n
- Work closely with senior sales and consulting teams to progress opportunities \n
- Contribute to team sales targets and pipeline growth over time \n
Learning & Development

- Build knowledge of offshore wind markets and global energy trends \n
- Learn key sales skills including prospecting, negotiation and closing \n
- Develop commercial awareness across international markets, particularly APAC \n
- Receive ongoing coaching and support from experienced sales professionals \n
What Success Looks Like
\nIn your first 6–12 months, you will:

- Develop a strong understanding of offshore wind and APAC markets \n
- Contribute meaningfully to sales opportunities and pipeline development \n
- Establish a solid foundation in core sales skills \n
About You
\nWe are looking for someone with strong potential and a genuine interest in building a career in sales:

- Recent graduate (or 1–2 years’ experience) in business, economics, marketing, energy or a related field \n
- Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with new people \n
- Interested in international business and global markets \n
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail \n
- Proactive, motivated and eager to learn \n
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team \n
- Fluent in English \n
- Fluent in at least one Asian language (Chinese, Japanese or Korean) \n
- Comfortable using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems \n
