Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)

Job Description

Pembrook Resourcing are currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our client’s busy dealership in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and experience within the motor trade to join a successful and professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service and repair.
\n
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and organising the service schedule.
\n
• Keeping customers updated on the progress of their vehicle throughout the day.
\n
• Liaising with the workshop team and technicians regarding work required.
\n
• Upselling additional work, services, or products where appropriate.
\n
• Preparing job cards, invoices, and associated administration.
\n
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.
\n

Requirements

\n
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade is preferred.
\n
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
\n
• A professional and positive attitude.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
