If you take pride in producing high-quality bespoke joinery and have experience manufacturing timber windows from start to finish, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Bench Joiner, you'll be responsible for building bespoke timber windows, door etc from scratch, managing each project from start to finish. This is a hands-on role where you'll work on your own projects throughout the week, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.What You'll Be Doing\n

• Manufacturing bespoke timber windows from start to finish.

• Working from technical drawings and specifications.
\n
• Operating woodworking machinery and hand tools safely.
\n
• Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
\n
• Keeping your work area clean and organised.
\n
• Working independently while contributing to a skilled workshop team.
\n

What We're Looking For\n

• 3–5 years' bench joinery experience.
\n
• Proven experience manufacturing timber windows or similar bespoke joinery.
\n
• Ability to work independently and produce high-quality finished products.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail.
\n
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to delivering outstanding workmanship.
\n
