\nOn offer, is the chance for a CNC Miller/Turner/Setter/Operator or similar to join a growing company, manufacturing a range of scientific and health care products such as lab machines to microscopes and microscope parts. Founded over 25 years ago, this company has continued to develop workload and turnover, looking to employee a new CNC Miller/Turnover/Setter/Operator or similar to help grow their company for the future. The business has long-term plans to increase headcount and turnover year on year, specifically employees who are looking to grow with the business long term.
\nIn this role, the successful CNC Miller/Turner/Setter/Operator or similar will be responsible for interpreting drawings, working on CNC machinery, and using offline CAD/CAM, following the process from start to finish. The successful candidate will be trained in house on the company specific controls, with progression to an operation manager role. The successful CNC Miller/Turner/Setter/Operator or similar will be contracted to 40 hours a week, the working hours being 8-4:30, with flextime being offered. The successful CNC Miller/Turner/Setter/Operator or similar will have the option to do 1-2 hours a day overtime, with 5/6 hours of overtime being offered.
\nThe ideal CNC Miller/Turner/Setter/Operator or similar will have experience program setting and operating, have high attention to detail, have knowledge on engineering, and be a team player.
