Our client are a respected farm shop and butcher based in the Berkshire countryside, renowned for its commitment to quality produce, traditional butchery skills, and exceptional customer service, passionate about providing our customers with the very best meat products and are looking for a skilled Retail Butcher to join our friendly and dedicated team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced butcher who takes pride in their craft and enjoys delivering a first-class customer experience. Working within our clients busy Farm Shop, you'll play a key role in preparing, presenting, and selling premium-quality meat products while helping maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities....

• Preparing and portioning a variety of meat products to a high standard.

• Ensuring displays are well-stocked, visually appealing, and maintained throughout the day.
\n
• Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers.
\n
• Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
\n
• Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
\n
• Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment.
\n

About You....

To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have:

• At least 2 years' experience working as a butcher.
\n
• Strong knife skills and product knowledge.
\n
• A thorough understanding of food hygiene practices.
\n
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
\n
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
\n
• A full UK driving licence due to our rural location.
\n
