Duties:\n

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
\n
• Schedule service appointments and manage workshop workload
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships

• Advise customers on additional service and repair needs
\n
• Ensure effective communication between customers and workshop team
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and vehicle service history
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service
\n
• Organised, with good attention to detail
\n
• Professional, proactive attitude
\n
