Customs Broker / Customer Service Coordinator

\nThe Opportunity
\nWorking within a fast-paced logistics environment, you’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring their requirements are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with operational procedures. This is a role where attention to detail, communication, and customer focus are essential.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, managing their logistics and customs requirements \n
- Ensure all customer instructions are captured and processed accurately in line with SOPs and internal procedures \n
- Support updates to procedures and documentation when service requirements change \n
- Liaise closely with internal teams, global colleagues, and external stakeholders \n
- Respond promptly and effectively to queries from customers, customs authorities, and internal departments \n
- Attend customer meetings where required and contribute to service delivery improvements \n
About You
\n- \n
- Some experience in logistics, supply chain, or customs is ideal — but not essential (full training provided) \n
- A genuine interest in international trade, shipping, or customs brokerage \n
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive, “can-do” attitude \n
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills \n
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) \n
- Highly organised with strong time management skills \n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal \n
