Group Reporting Accountant

Key Requirements * ACA qualified (or equivalent). * Strong technical accounting expertise with the ability to manage complex consolidations and group reporting. * Highly systems-oriented and technology-savvy, with experience of finance systems, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives. * Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment and taking ownership of projects from conception through to implementation. * Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence change across the organisation. Responsibilities * Manage the monthly financial close process across four legal entities. * Receive trial balance-level information from local finance teams and complete the month-end close, consolidations, and reporting requirements. * Prepare accurate and timely management and financial reporting for the group. * Lead and support ongoing finance transformation projects, including AI and system implementations. * Work closely with the external audit team to deliver audits efficiently and identify opportunities for process and control improvements. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance and the wider organisation. * Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues through indirect (dotted-line) management responsibility for six employees. * Develop into a future Finance Director position as the organisation continues to grow.
