Senior Wealth Adviser / Independent Financial Adviser
\n\nSalary: £80 – £120k Basic (Dependent on experience), plus Benefits, plus Uncapped Bonus

\n\nAre you an experienced Wealth Adviser ready to step up into a senior, leadership facing role?
\n\nOur client is an award winning financial services company based in London. Continued success has led to the expansion of the Wealth Management team, and they are now seeking a Senior Wealth Adviser to play to operate as deputy to the Head of Wealth.
\n\nAlongside managing your own portfolio of predominantly HNW clients, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Wealth in leading a team of Wealth Advisers, maintaining technical and quality standards, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
\n\nWith a fantastic lead source and no client bank required, this is an outstanding opportunity for a senior adviser looking to broaden their responsibilities and influence.

Responsibilities:
\n\n- \n
- Providing independent, objective advice to clients on a range of financial topics \n
- Analysing clients' financial situations and assessing their current and future needs \n
- Developing financial plans and strategies to help clients meet their goals \n
- Researching investment opportunities and developing investment portfolios \n
- Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and regulations \n
Senior / Leadership Responsibilities:

- Acting as deputy to the Head of Wealth \n
- Serving as a senior point of referral for complex, technical, and high-value cases \n
- Mentoring, coaching, and supporting the development of advisers and paraplanners \n
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members \n
- Helping maintain advice quality and compliance standards. \n
- Contributing to the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the Wealth Management team \n
- Managing relationships with the firm's most complex and high-net-worth clients \n
- Building and maintaining professional introducer and referral relationships on behalf of the firm \n
Experience Required:
\n\n- \n
- Must hold Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) Level 4 or equivalent; Level 6 / Chartered status (or working towards) highly advantageous \n
- Substantial, proven experience as a Wealth Adviser or Independent Financial Adviser, ideally including HNW client work \n
- Experience mentoring, supervising, or leading other advisers, or a clear readiness to take on these responsibilities \n
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills \n
- Strong technical knowledge across the full financial planning spectrum \n
- Ability to research investment opportunities and develop investment portfolios \n
- Sound knowledge of current UK financial services legislation and regulations \n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to lead by example \n
