FINANCIAL CONTROLLER We’re recruiting an experienced Financial Controller to join a high-growth, internationally scaling business on a fixed-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established finance function, overseeing everything from monthly reporting and compliance to international operations and fundraising support. - Owning the month-end close process end-to-end, including journals, working papers, reconciliations and three-statement reporting, while maintaining accurate cash flow visibility \n
- Reviewing payroll and commissions across UK, US and Italian teams and supporting day-to-day finance operations, including sales invoicing, ARR, supplier renewals, client contract set-up and expense management through Spendesk \n
- Leading regulatory, partner and tax reporting activities, including reporting to NatWest and the Bank of Lithuania and ensuring compliance across the UK, US and Lithuania \n
- Supporting fundraising activities through responding to investor due diligence requests, maintaining momentum throughout the process and assisting with budgeting and financial modelling \n
- Acting as a key point of contact for the annual audit process and maintaining strong financial controls and governance standards \n

- Being a qualified accountant, holding ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualifications \n
- Demonstrating a strong grounding in month-end close processes and statutory reporting \n
- Having experience with SaaS metrics and reporting \n
- Owning processes end-to-end and thriving in a fast-moving and varied environment \n
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while taking a pragmatic approach to delivering results \n
