Machine Operative

Location: Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds, LS25 6NBHours: Mon-Thu 06:00-18:00 or Tue-Fri 06:00-18:00 - Paid Lunch Breaks! NO WEEKENDSPosition: Temp to PermPay Rate: £13.50 per hour

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Sherburn in Elmet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery in line with company procedures
\n
• Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
\n
• Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues
\n
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
\n
• Loading raw materials into machinery and removing finished products
\n
• Recording production information accurately
\n
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
\n
• Supporting other production areas when required
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
\n
• A good understanding of health and safety procedures
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
\n
• Good level of literacy and numeracy
\n
