- £26.35 Overtime rate (On non shifted days) \n
- £40 per night out \n
- 17.5 days holiday, in addition to the public bank holidays \n

\nWe are seeking a professional and safety-conscious Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver to our clients transport team. \nThe Role
\nAs a Class 1 Tanker Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of hazardous chemicals in bulk tankers throughout the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring products are delivered on time while adhering to all relevant transport, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Safely transport hazardous chemicals in tanker vehicles to customer sites across the UK. \n
- Ensure full compliance with ADR regulations and all transport legislation. \n
- Conduct vehicle and equipment checks before, during, and after journeys. \n
- Maintain accurate driving, delivery, and compliance records. \n
- Adhere to Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations at all times. \n
- Wear and maintain appropriate PPE in accordance with company procedures. \n
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally. \n
- Communicate effectively with customers, transport planners, and colleagues. \n
- Follow all company Health & Safety, ISO, and operational procedures. \n
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest professional standard. \n
Essential Requirements
\n- \n
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence. \n
- ADR qualification with Classes 8 & 9 as a minimum. \n
- Previous tanker driving experience. \n
- Valid Driver CPC qualification. \n
- Digital Tachograph Card. \n
- Clean or near-clean driving licence. \n
- Strong understanding of UK road networks and route planning. \n
- Excellent awareness of transport legislation and compliance requirements. \n
- A professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach. \n
Desirable Skills

- Previous experience transporting hazardous chemicals. \n
- Experience working within the chemical manufacturing or industrial sector. \n
- Strong customer service and communication skills. \n
