Our client, one of the world's leading arts and cultural institutions, is seeking an experienced Strategic People Partner to provide high-level HR support during a significant period of organisational change. This role is an excellent opportunity for a senior HR professional with strong business partnering and change management expertise.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
    \n
  • Lead and support change management initiatives, including restructures, consultation exercises, and redundancy programmes.
  • \n
  • Partner with senior managers and department heads to provide strategic HR advice and workforce planning support.
  • \n
  • Advise on complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and sickness cases.
  • \n
  • Support leadership teams with organisational design, talent planning, and performance management.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and best practices.
  • \n
  • Drive inclusive recruitment and onboarding practices.
  • \n
  • Analyse people data and trends to inform decision-making and workforce strategies.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR, Occupational Health, Learning & Development, and other specialist teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Significant experience operating at HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor level.
  • \n
  • Strong experience leading and supporting organisational change programmes.
  • \n
  • Proven knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • \n
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • \n
  • CIPD qualification (or working towards) and/or relevant HR degree.
  • \n
  • Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • \n
  • Experience within the arts, cultural, public sector, or higher education environment would be advantageous.
