IT Recruitment Consultant (Fully Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (UK)

Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

This is a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home while becoming part of a supportive, ambitious recruitment business focused on building long-term client relationships.

You'll be recruiting across a range of technology markets, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development and client management through to candidate sourcing, interviews and offer management.

• At least 2 years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant within the IT or Technology recruitment sector.
\n
• A proven track record of billing and developing client relationships.
\n
• Experience managing the full recruitment process.
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
\n
• A professional, consultative approach with a focus on delivering quality rather than volume.
\n

• Building and developing new client relationships.
\n
• Managing and growing existing accounts.
\n
• Sourcing and headhunting high-quality technology professionals.
\n
• Conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
\n
• Negotiating offers and successfully closing placements.
\n
• Working closely with clients and candidates to provide an excellent recruitment experience.
