\nThis position is largely remote with the flexibility for some hybrid working from the clients n office as agreed.

The Role
\n- \n
- Manage communications with providers and colleagues by phone, email and messaging systems to ensure the smooth processing of cases \n
- Obtain key information and updates where required. \n
- Source provider illustrations, documents and forms from provider platforms and websites. \n
- Prepare technical research and analysis documents as required \n
- Prepare high-quality suitability reports for investments, pensions and protection. \n
- Preparing clear and concise handover notes for colleagues in other teams. \n
- Documenting/updating processes relevant to your role where necessary and sharing knowledge with your colleagues. \n
- Identifying opportunities for improvements and efficiencies within the processes and proactively flagging these with your line manager for continuous improvement. \n
Key Requirements
\n- \n
- 5+ years minimum experience in Financial Advice Services with 3+ years paraplanning experience. \n
- Full diploma in Financial Planning is preferred. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and client care skills. \n
- Proven ability to work under own initiative and identify what needs to be done to resolve an issue rather than waiting for instructions. \n
- Excellent diary management, planning and organisational skills to help prioritise key tasks and work efficiently around tight deadlines. \n
- Professional, articulate, and confident. \n
