Reed is partnering with an award-winning fintech business in central Bristol to recruit an Admin Associate to join their Operations team.

The Role

\n

You'll join the Operations team, gaining experience across several areas of the business including Client Administration, New Business and Post room.

\n

This is a back-office administrative role with limited client contact, focused on accuracy, organisation and attention to detail. Most communication is handled via email, with the majority of the role centred around processing and administrative tasks.

\n

You'll gain exposure to operations while being supported through a structured training programme.

\n

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing a variety of client administration and operational requests

  • Supporting new business applications and related administration

  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to email queries

  • Handling incoming and outgoing post and correspondence

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating client information

  • Ensuring work is processed accurately and within agreed timescales

  • Working closely with colleagues across different operational teams
