Day-to-day of the role:

• Engage with customers who have expressed interest in Private Medical Insurance, understanding their needs to recommend suitable solutions.

• Utilise a consultative sales approach to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
\n
• Work within a dynamic team environment to meet and exceed sales targets.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and products to provide accurate information to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in roles such as telephone sales, insurance sales, telesales, broker environments, or financial services sales.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
\n
• Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
\n
• Experience in a consultative sales role is highly advantageous.
