The HR and Payroll Officer will manage payroll processing and support HR operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures in the not-for-profit sector. - Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to legal and organisational requirements. \n
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, benefits, and leave balances. \n
- Support recruitment activities, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires. \n
- Coordinate employee training and development programmes in line with organisational needs. \n
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and management. \n
- Assist with employee relations matters, including handling queries and supporting investigations. \n
- Prepare reports and documentation for audits and compliance reviews. \n
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure payroll budgets align with forecasts. \n
