Real Estate Solicitor – Kidderminster
\nA highly respected regional law firm, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its successful and forward-thinking property team.

\nThe Role
\nYou will:
\n- \n
- Manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases \n
- Advise on transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership and Help to Buy matters where applicable \n
- Handle lease extensions and residential landlord and tenant matters as required \n
- Conduct title investigations, raise and respond to enquiries and prepare detailed reports on title \n
- Liaise with Clients, Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders and other Solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently \n
- Manage files from instruction through to post-completion with appropriate supervision and support \n
- Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining high technical and professional standards \n
Your Profile
\n- \n
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in residential real estate/property law \n
- Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently \n
- Excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions and Land Registry requirements \n
- Strong drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills \n
- Outstanding client care and communication abilities \n
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively \n
- A collaborative team player with a commercial and client-focused approach \n
