Reporting into senior leadership, you'll take ownership of a busy operational site, leading people, performance and continuous improvement across a demanding distribution and processing environment.

This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you'll spend your time supporting frontline teams, driving operational excellence and embedding new ways of working.

Key responsibilities of the Warehouse Operations Manager include:

  • Developing and coaching frontline managers to build capability across the site

  • Driving process improvements and supporting the implementation of modern warehouse systems and operational disciplines
