About the Company

Our client is a well-established international organisation with a strong global presence and operations across multiple regions. They deliver innovative engineering and industrial technology solutions to a broad customer base spanning sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, manufacturing and other process industries.

Due to increased demand within the Group Finance function, they are seeking an experienced Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager to join the team, reporting directly to the Head of Group Consolidation & Reporting.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional with significant group consolidation experience to play a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of the Group's financial reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly group consolidation and financial reporting process across more than 200 reporting entities.

• Produce accurate, timely and insightful Group financial reporting.
\n
• Prepare analysis and commentary across the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
\n
• Partner with international finance teams, Group Finance and senior stakeholders.
\n
• Drive process improvements, automation and reporting efficiencies, including dashboard development.
\n
• Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the Group's consolidation and reporting environment.
\n
• Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes and data quality across the Group.
\n
