This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual who enjoys coordinating activities, managing schedules, and working closely with both customers and internal teams. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Service Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service visits, supporting engineers, processing quotations and orders, and ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout their journey.Duties & Responsibilities\n

- Process quotations, purchase orders, and order entries accurately and efficiently. \n
- Coordinate and organise Service Engineer schedules to meet customer requirements and operational priorities. \n
- Allocate engineers based on location, availability, and skill set requirements. \n
- Arrange travel and accommodation for UK and international service visits, including flights, hotels, parking, vehicle hire, and transfers. \n
- Maintain accurate service records and filing systems, ensuring documentation is organised and up to date. \n
- Support the preparation and issuance of quotations for service visits, training sessions, and service contracts. \n
- Ensure service documentation and engineer paperwork are submitted promptly and accurately. \n
- Handle customer enquiries professionally via telephone and email, escalating issues where necessary. \n
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure timely responses to customer requests. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer service delivery. \n
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. \n

- Previous experience within a customer service, service coordination, or administrative role. \n
- Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or service-based environment would be advantageous. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Good attention to detail and accuracy. \n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. \n
- Experience using CRM systems. \n
- Knowledge of Sage, SAP, or similar ERP/accounting software would be beneficial. \n
- A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving and customer support. \n

- Monday to Friday. \n
- Office-based role in Banbury. \n
