Management Accountant

Management Accountant | £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus | Hull

This isn't a steady Management Accountant role.

The Role:

Joining a well-structured finance function, you'll sit within a dedicated Operations Finance team, supporting the manufacturing and logistics side of the business.

This is a highly visible, fast-paced role where you'll be trusted early and given room to grow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of weekly and monthly management accounts
\n
• Detailed overhead analysis, accruals and prepayments
\n
• Variance analysis with clear, insightful commentary
\n
• Supporting the production of reporting packs and KPIs
\n
• Balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls
\n
• Partnering with operational teams across manufacturing and logistics
\n

You won't be thrown straight into the deep end with factory accounting - but there's scope to move into this area as you develop.

What They're Looking For:

• Qualified or finalist accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
\n
• Strong Management Accountant from a large, fast-moving business
\n
• Ideally exposure to manufacturing, logistics or retail environments
\n
• Comfortable working at pace with weekly reporting cycles
\n
• Solid technical grounding (nice to have, not essential)
\n
• Commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge
\n
