\nJob Type: Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours per week)
\nSalary: £27,000 - £28,000 + benefits
\nOur client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their busy team based in Uckfield.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administration of new claims, ensuring accurate case setup, maintaining records, and delivering excellent service to both private and corporate clients.
\nThis is a varied administrative position requiring excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence working across multiple databases and case management systems.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Managing the new claims email inbox \n
- Setting up new files and cases by accurately entering information and documentation onto the case management system from multiple databases \n
- Reviewing documentation to ensure files are set up accurately and efficiently \n
- Preparing client care letters and compliance documentation \n
- Processing incoming post, scanning, and saving documents onto the case management system \n
- Answering and directing telephone enquiries in a professional manner \n
- Printing and preparing documentation for postal dispatch \n
- Providing regular updates to both private and corporate clients \n
- Updating records and maintaining accurate client information across multiple systems \n
- Assisting the team with general administrative and office support tasks as required \n
- Prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines within a busy environment \n

- Previous administration, office support, or coordinator experience \n
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy \n
- Strong organisational and time management skills \n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \n
- Confident using Microsoft 365 applications \n
- Ability to learn and work confidently with a variety of case management and database systems \n
- Experience accurately transferring and maintaining data across multiple systems \n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team \n
- Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach \n
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment \n

- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (including a one-hour lunch break) \n
