Title: Property Damage Senior Associate Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Damage Solicitor to join the Manchester office of a nationally recognised Legal 500 firm. This is a chance to become part of a well-established Commercial Insurance team, working on complex, high-value matters for a prestigious insurer client base while benefiting from clear progression opportunities and a collaborative working environment.

The Role

\n

You will manage a varied caseload of complex property damage disputes, advising leading insurers on matters including first and third party property damage claims, subrogated recoveries, product liability and policy coverage. The role offers exposure to technically challenging work, significant client contact and the opportunity to contribute to the continued success and growth of the team through business development and client relationship management.

About You

\n

You will be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with extensive experience handling defendant property damage claims, including policy coverage matters. You will possess strong technical ability, excellent communication skills and a commercial approach to delivering practical legal advice.

\n

This role would suit an ambitious Senior Associate looking to further develop their career within a highly respected practice.
